Recently uncovered court documents (PDF) have revealed a potentially damning piece of information with regards to Affinity Media:

Defendant, IGE U.S., LLC n/k/a Affinity Media Holdings, LLC, (“IGE US”)

“N/k/a” is a legal term meaning “now known as.” In other words, according to United States law, IGE and Affinity Media are one in the same.

Steven Crews goes on to talk about how Affinity Media has tried to break the ties with IGE, but apparently the US Federal Court System still finds them to be one and the same.
