Spam has reached epidemic levels. While many Internet access providers, have been compelled to fight with anti-spam email filter.

Therefore, many honest marketers are being trapped and injured, although they have been ne the intended recipients of the anti spam.

With our monitoring system, anti spam, you can know exactly how to reduce the appearance of spam from your magazine or promotional email.

And as a result of it, you will know that their e-mail and electronic journals will be go directly to the inboxes of their customers and affiliates and not waste trash because of the anti spam … It’s not enough send them e-mail …
You make sure it reaches your inbox!

What you need you do to protect your business honestly and avoid anti-spam programs classify it as spam?

You must send copies of his magazine and mass mailings to my autoresponder special, and then receive a report detailing the nature of your correspondence that may be misinterpreted by anti spam programs.

Even if you do not have an electronic magazine, or send reports dedicated to mass e-mail, you should verify the validity of the signature file to use for your e-mail.

most commercial signature files contain enough anti spam triggers to make your cards are filtered by anti spam programs.

PAOS TO VERIFY THAT WILL POST FILTERS ANTI SPAM PROGRAMS

Send an email to spamcheck-RB@sitesell.net with the word TEST (in uppercase and without quotes) preceding the subject of your e-mail. I repeat it is very important … Begin the subject line with the word … TEST …. or my program for testing the anti-spam features will think your e-mail is spam. Then continue with the usual title of your email

For example, if your subject is:

“The best work at home”

You would write:

TEST “The best work at home”

In the body of the e-mail put the regular contents of your e-zine or e-mail.

Send your letter to: spamcheck-RB@sitesell.net

And that’s all there is to it! …

You will instantly receive a response from my anti spam program free. That report will be assigned a score and tell you what phrases your e-mail that make it worthy of the score. The higher the score, the more likely that your mail is set up correctly filtered by anti spam programs, so if you get a score greater than 8, you must remove your e-mail as instructed.

The anti-spam program that I use a report drawn up in English (unfortunately I can not soloucionar this), but as the report will highlight the sentences of your e-mail that you have earned a negative score, you can easily recognize them.

The main points to which you must pay attention and its translation are:
Report anti spam Castilian translation
Your TOTAL SPAM SCORE for your e-mail xx The score was anti spam e-mail was xx
The higher the score, the more likely the e-mail will be considered spam. Here’s how to interpret your score. The higher are likely to be considered spam. Here’s how to interpret your score
0-5 nice and clean, no problems except tiny ones below, no action required 0-5 Nice and clean, no problems except some minor does not require any action you
May 5-8 The strictest object; clean up the easy-to-find issues 5-8 THE stricter might object to your e-mail, clean things easy to find
8.12 getting into dangerous territory, clean up any big issues and the easy-to-find smaller penalties 8.12 is getting into dangerous territory, clean the large faults and easy to find things
12-16 likely over ISPs’ limits; review and clean 12-16 is above the range permitted by the ISP, check and clean

16 + major problems; overhaul needed – Systematically clean, point by point and then re-test (this may require two or three SpamChecks). 16 + has major problems, needs to be cleaned systematically, point by point, and then one or more anti-spam checks

It is clear from this that must take that message and that can be easily filtered.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Provision 4 / 2009

Establecese that option to the right of withdrawal or blocking under Article 27, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25326, must appear in any communication that is made for advertising purposes, together with the mechanism provided for its exercise.

Buenos Aires, 4/3/2009

Having regard to the DH and MJS File No. 175.542/08 and powers conferred on the National Board by Law No. 25,326 and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558 dated November 29, 2001, and

CONSIDERING:

That Article 27 of Law No. 25,326 governs the processing of personal data relating to files and databases for purposes of advertising, allowing the collection of residences, shared documents, advertising or direct marketing and other similar activities are data suitable for treating certain profiles for promotional purposes, commercial or advertising or allowing consumption habits, when they appear in documents accessible to the public or have been provided by the owners or obtained with your consent.

That paragraph 3 of Article enshrines the right of the holder of the data to request the removal or blocking of his name from the database to which reference has been made in the preceding paragraph, the right may be exercised at any time.

This law is commonly known by the British opt-out voice, which refers to the option of being excluded from a distribution list that is called in our law as a right of withdrawal or blockade.

That, accordingly, Article 27 of Annex I of Decree No. 1158/01 requires that all communication for the purpose of advertising is done by mail, telephone, email, internet or other means of known distance, indicate, expressly noted in the possibility of the owner of the data request the withdrawal or partial or complete blockage of his name from the database, you may also request the name of the report or user database to provide information .

That in order to enable better enjoyment of the rights of the owner of the data on the activities of direct, implement appropriate mechanisms to identify easily Communications required.

That consequently, when they are made without prior request of the owner of the data, they should know to make expressly clear that this is an advertisement.

That, likewise the database issuer must provide some mechanism so that the holder receives the data communication required can not directly enforce its right to be blocked or removed from the list and not receive further advertising information database issuer .

That the mechanism provided for that purpose must be operational and able to receive notifications of stakeholders.

That the existence of a legal rule that establishes the obligation of issuers of databases unsolicited advertisements to enable the holder of data removal of his name from the database in question, it is appropriate that it be mentioned explicitly in the communications submitted for publicity purposes, so that he becomes aware that this option is a right to it by legal recognition.

That therefore the option of exercising the right of withdrawal or blocking under Article 27, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25326, Protection of Personal Data should appear in any communication that is made for advertising purposes, together with the mechanism provided for its exercise.

Bob Taft for his signature a bill ‘anti-spam’, to join other U.S. states that have laws that put behind bars for people who are flooding the Internet with email Electronic junk.

E-bill, first presented in January and already approved by the state Senate, was approved overwhelmingly Tuesday by the House of Representatives from Ohio, said a lawmaker from the adviser Kathleen Walcher, who co-sponsored the project.

Taft was not immediately available for comment. An industry source said that the governor is expected to sign the Ohio project bipartite ’spam’.

If it becomes law, would declare illegal deceptive Internet advertisements and prohibit false or creating false accounts to send spam, junk email that fills inboxes of e-mails of Internet resources and replenishment of Internet service providers.

The measure also would allow the state attorney general’s criminal and civil penalties against ’spammers’.

The worst offenders could face a minimum of six months in prison and fines of $ 25,000 per violation, or two to eight U.S. dollars per email. Your computer might be confiscated, and Internet providers may submit claims for damages.

America Online, a subsidiary of Time Warner, filed suit in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, against ’spim,’ or sending unsolicited messages to users of its instant messaging service.

Microsoft, the largest software manufacturer in the world, AOL, EarthLink and Yahoo filed complaints “against those who fill the inboxes of our consumers with unsolicited e-mails and misleading, many of which carry and transmit malicious code, ’spyware’ and links to pages of ‘phishing’. ”

ESTOs are among the findings of a report from the company Sophos, which reveals that among the 25 words that are included, all in English, nearly 40 percent are related to health, of which more than half are brands of drugs, mainly erectile dysfunction ( “Cialis” or “Viagra”).

Of the remainder, 20 percent are sexually explicit words, including “Orgasms” and “orgasm”, and around 30 percent are related to money ( “cheap”, “free” or “discount”).

Spammers, Sophos says in his study, are in the dilemma of having to include in their messages that they want the word “sell” and, moreover, have to flee from the filters “anti spam” that automatically deletes messages that contain them.

Therefore, 80 percent of the messages include “dissimulation techniques to evade anti-spam software at the gateway of the email. Tricks range from spell a word wrong on purpose, or using a zero instead of letter “o”, to more sophisticated techniques, according to Sophos, which has designed a program that is able, for example, to detect up to 5,600,000 ways in which the word “Viagra” can camouflage.

Sophos recommends that Internet users who “never” are not tempted to buy from a spam message, “because he says it is criminal.”

“If no one responds to messages from trash or buy products this way, spam would be as extinct as the dinosaurs,” he adds.

One of the largest companies in the computing world, IBM has launched a new tool to fight spam. The service, dubbed FairUCE, is structured around a large database that contains the identification numbers of computers spammers and are automatically returned to sender.

The Data Protection Agency (DPA), opened last February proceedings against 15 companies based in Spain for sending spam, but are 85 claims already received. In Spain, about 50 percent of all spam emails they receive are from Argentina and United States, according to the Association of Internet Users.
