<p style="text-align: justify;">The system processes more than 3,000 million emails daily in 160  countries, constantly updated database of knowledge every 45 seconds.  Furthermore, using a local cache that ensures service availability even in the  case of losing the connection to the servers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, occasionally may occur following the detection of spam messages:<br />
False negative spam messages incorrectly classified as valid, ie not  detected spam.<br />
False positives: valid email incorrectly classified as spam.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To report correctly the false detections, it is very important to provide  the data below so that Panda can examine the cases and, if necessary, update the  rules of the Anti-spam protection.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Incident Report<br />
Create a new mail message and delete any text that appears in the message  body.<br />
NOTE: Do not forward the mail message received originally.<br />
Attach files as attachments (message/rfc822 Mime) messages that have been  classified incorrectly. Thus, the message headers are not modified and get the  original post.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">NOTE: Please send messages within 24 hours upon receipt. The reason is  that classification rules for spam adapted to the characteristics of the  messages and they are changed daily by the creators of spam.<br />
Indicate the following in the subject of the email, depending on the type  of detection:<br />
In the case of false positives:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">legit panda report &#8211; &lt;cliente&gt; &lt;yyyy-mm-dd&gt;<br />
In the case of false negatives:<br />
report spam panda &#8211; &lt;cliente&gt; &lt;yyyy-mm-dd&gt;<br />
Forward mail to the following e-mail, depending on the detection in  question:<br />
In the case of false positives:<br />
notspam@pandasecurity.com<br />
In the case of false negatives:<br />
spam@pandasecurity.com</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Panda Security analyze email messages within a period of approximately 24  hours. Next, treat the email as appropriate in each case the rules of the  updated Anti-spam protection where appropriate.</p>
