BSGnet
The BSGnet Web site is designed to help organizations understand and build intranets. The blog without spam Peru informs us that just impose a fine on the first spammer in the country applying the anti-spam rule that was adopted in 2005 with its regulations. After a process that lasted 6 months, finally INDECOPI issued a decision imposing a penalty. The document is quite extensive and detailed (it has 22 pages) but here they transcribe the final decision of the commission fined the company the sum of 5 Units?? While this article focuses mainly on cheating, it also looks at the impact of RMT as well. It is an interesting read, and being on CNN, further shows that video gaming, and all that comes with it, is becoming more and more mainstream.
Here are some of the highlights of the article:

The spam can cause real headaches. But the spam protection with Yahoo! (and a little common sense), you can keep your inbox relatively free of annoying spam. Here are some tips to remember:
Protect your email address:
Try your email address as your phone number, you give something a selective basis. Do not expose in public places such as forums or chat rooms. When you provide an email address, use Address Guard Yahoo! to create extra email addresses.
Do not open or respond to unsolicited messages:
When you open a message that you consider spam, you might inadvertently tell the sender that your email address remains active. The spammers often hide things in messages to verify that someone has opened, and then sell the address to others. Oh, and not forward spam messages to other chain.
Never click a link in a spam message:
Clicking on a link within a spam message, verifies that your address is active. In addition you risk being a victim of phishing fraud of the type used by the unscrupulous.
Analysts estimate that 75% to 80% of email traffic globally are unwanted commercial messages, or other words “mass”, rather “SPAM”. Spam (spam) is becoming a real pest on the internet. Many companies and individuals to invest much time and money to clear these messages from their mailboxes. Spam can be very irritating and even it is often criminal. Also the loss of infrastructure capacity in the whole Internet is enormous.
Despite laws in some nations against spam, is growing ever the amount of spam because the people which spammers can always find countries where if they can send their messages to millions of world. AntiSpam filters can do their work for only one part. They are always looking for ways to avoid being recognized. Furthermore AntiSpam filter can identify a message as Spam and what is not be missed.
Anti Spam Web is an action to create an international network of web sites to fight spam at its root, the databases of the spammers.
